A sudden burst of Lust for Food turns Lust for Books…
1pm and Tomcat peeps was to set up for the org booth. Heck I saw two lost souls… Angela and Tin, then a wave of hello brings three lost souls in the middle of a dry humid noon. After the silence we part ways… and my itchy feet (makating paa) won’t let me go home. I ended up in a jeep going Taft… Clueless… And weird its like “OK, take me wind to whatever place you wish.” The bad thing there is that I just got my allowance for the week!!! Yun yun eh!!! I landed at SM Manila decided on trying food trip all by myself, eh ang hayop na National Books Store nasa bungad! I told myself OK tingin tingin lang just like any ordinary day… When I went out of the store I had Haruki Murakami’s Kafra on the Shore inside my bag. Im super hungry after that… I felt like I lost calories while arguing with myself weather to buy it or not… so down I went at the basement, just to eat Takoyaki then ended up at the Booksale… I got out with another book in my hand T.C. Boyle’s Drop City… Naku naman!!! Yun I remember it’s my lola’s birthday I got some donuts (wala na akong pera) and go home. Well, I guess the next time I’ll be thinking about food I’ll take those books and be in “What food?: Mode” The potential gain of calories is gone! YOSH!
After finishing 2 chapters of Experimental Psych (I just finish reading it, tamad!) then Wright’s and Carey’s theories gusto kong sumuka! I knew that these are a long time ago readings so chances are I’ve read it already, but when I had Carey… Wooow!!! Dina ko nagbabasa… the whole summer I bummed and watch tons of Japanese DVDs… I don’t regret it though but the thing is I just have to catch up… read. Read. Read.

Chicosci Bakla! Current mood: chipper
Hello! We found some live videos on the net that were from our recent Malaysian experience. This was such a fun gig. All the bands on the bill played really awesome sets. Thanks to frozecorpe for posting them. Enjoy!

At some point, Manato Irie (Takizawa Hideaki) began to withdraw himself from the world. Even when picked on, it' s not the real Irie, but an act. However one day he meets a strange girl - Yui Misawa (Kyoko Fukada). Yui, who finds the tedium of everyday life unbearable, teases Manato with her almost too upfront and honest manner. Alone and afraid Manato wavers but finds himself drawn to her. But his feelings for Yui are doomed to be unrequited.
What I say?:
The start of ME liking JDorama! It was pretty interesting the fact that it definitely was not your typical love story having all those freaky stare of "Takizawa Hideaki"... Me feeling kasi ako minsan na magiging suspence thriller ito! And at the very beginning mapapaisip ka! Totoong tao ba si Yui or imagination lang ni Manato??? Ganun ka lupit yung twist!

This second season of Hana Yori Dango picks up right after Domyoji leaves for New York. After confessing to Domyoji, Makino has not spoken to him for a year. Rui and the other members of F4 try and help Makino meet Domyoji again by going to New York for the christmas holidays. Though F4 and Makino meet Domyoji again, he has become a completely different person, and so they leave for Japan.Some time later, Domyoji's mother annouces that they will be returning to Japan. There, they hold a giant super-rich and classy birthday party for Domyoji and annouce something very important. Domyoji, like in the first season, is engaged to a rich girl and heir. The only difference is that they are to be wed soon. What will Makino do?On the side, Rui begins to fall in love with Makino... will this become a love... square?
What I say?:
Duh? You know what I'll say about this! Even without the smooches and cheezy lines of Meteor Garden HYD proved to be complete and better then the taiwanese version! Dont get me wrong I love F4 but its all different...

Honey and Clover (movie)
Yūta Takemoto, Takumi Mayama and Shinobu Morita are three young men who live in the same apartment complex and are students at an art college in Tokyo.
One day, one of the art professors, Shūji Hanamoto, introduces his cousin's daughter, Hagumi Hanamoto, who has come to live with him and is a first year at the art school. Upon introduction, Takemoto and Morita fall in love with her. Morita expresses his love for Hagu in ways that scare her, especially calling Hagu 'mousey' and constantly photographing her, while Takemoto hides his feelings and tries to be a friend to Hagu. Hagu herself, though initially timid and afraid of company, gradually warms up to the three.
The group also includes another female: Ayumi Yamada. She is a master of pottery and is well known by her name "Tetsujin" (Iron Lady). When not at school or hanging out with friends from the college, she helps her family run the liquor store. She is very popular with all the guys, whether they are from the shopping district or the other male pottery students, but Mayama is the only man she is in love with.
Unfortunately, although Mayama considers Yamada a friend, he does not return Yamada's love and is busy chasing an older woman, Rika Harada. Rika runs an art business which she used to run with her husband, Harada before he died in a car accident which also left Rika disabled. Rika Harada and Shūji were very close friends and roommates in college. Mayama is sent by Shūji to help Rika, who has a hard time taking care of herself and running her business.
The story follows these five characters in their love triangles, graduating from college, finding jobs, and learning more about themselves.
What I say?:
Malupit ang cinematography! Sa sobrang amaxe ko kinuha ko ang oil pastel ko at nagsimulang gumuhit!!! Though the actors are not visually pleasant eh OK pa din! Masaya kasi ang shots nitong movie!!! Walang zoom in and zoom out basta steady lang and let the actors do their thing!!! Mas maganda daw ang series nito yung anime... so nasa list ko din pla ito!

In the year 2014, Japan has collapsed economically and thus its people emigrated in large numbers and settled in other parts of the world. In a corner in Asia, there is a little street called Mallepa, a big melting pot where Asians such as Hongkongers, Taiwanese and Japanese live together. It was a place where people fought for order, food and freedom. It was there where Shou (Gackt), raised as an orphan and Kei (Hyde), who could live forever, met and became the best of friends. However, they were unable to escape from the fight for power involving gangs of different ethnicity on the street of Malepa...
What I say?:
Have I told you that even Chicosci could even think about their similarities with the dark creatures so called Vampires, Mahal Ko na ang mga Bampira! And so why not try this movie? Ayun nga nahumaling ako ke Hyde!!! Basta Ok yun movie... though sa totoo lang pwede namang hindi nalang Vampire si Hyde dito... Wala lang... dahil mystical creature si Hyde or so he wants us to see him as that, kaya yun Vampire xa! Maganda coz the story is not really all about him and all basta survival of the fitest and then ayaw na nyang mabuhay or so... basta... HYDE IS LOVE!

Brother Beat

Pinanood ko ito para ke Mokomichi hayami... ngayon mahal no na si Tamayama Tetsuji!!! Ang lupit ng bangayan ng mga hapong ito!!! hahaha!!! Bugbugan dyan at dito! Minsan natatakot ako na mawasak ang bahay ke mokomichi, ang laki nya kasi at pagnagsusuntukan sila ni tamayama parang maaalis ang mag dingding sa pag-alog nito!!!

They BROKE UP and I FEEL BAD!

I visited her multiply and i found this message from one of her friends:
"K#@!,, tma ba nakita ko sa frindster mo,,ur single? wat happned???"
But then I thought this must be a mistake... when I tried to search for some Mtv of MyVamp I found a few posts saying something like...
"Does he have a gf?..."
"Yup... her name is... K#@! S__^&@#!"
then...
"I heard M@##! got a new gf... Her name is N!x M!@##^&!"

My Fangirl Syndrome is manifesting again. Can you blame me?
Maybe she is just too pretty to ignore and I dont think that new girl can ever match up to her!
